We are expanding due to our success and we are looking for an Accounts Analyst to work with the Finance team to enhance our knowledge and metrics around customer and supplier contracts, ensuring that all our systems are up to date and that reports are provided to the Finance Manager around current status.
You will be a highly commercial and business minded Accountant with financial acumen that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You have the determination, communication skills and attention to detail to partner and lead reporting on all aspects within an excellent and committed team. You will offer a high level of support to the Finance Manager as well as supervising some dedicated finance projects.
We are committed to offering our Finance Team the focus and support to enable them work with our customers and get the best solutions and services models in place for them around all of our services and to do this we need to have a solid understanding around current customer and supplier status.
This role will require a strong, confident team player and communicator who is able to gain trust from the team and customers/suppliers alike. Previous Accounts Analyst/Business Analyst experience is a must, preferably within the IT services industry.
Strong organisation skills, a high attention to detail and excellent time and priority management abilities would be advantageous. You will have knowledge of our services and solutions business models. Understanding of service desk SLA’s and customer charging for this type of model would be helpful.
You will be part of a highly customer focused team, interacting and liaising constantly with all teams, sales team and service desk project managers to enable delivery of our connectivity solution to all customers.
Carry out detailed analysis of the sales and purchase ledgers to ensure accuracy
Work directly with customers and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Chase credit notes owed by suppliers until received.
Carry out other financial analysis projects
Handle customer cease requests
