Our IP House facility is located in the heart of the London Docklands area, just 15 minutes from the City of London. With easy access to local transport, the data centre is just a few minutes walk from Canning Town Underground station on the Jubilee line and Docklands Light Railway, and also a short walk to the East India DLR station. There is also onsite parking if you prefer to visit by car. Local amenities include a range of shops, restaurants and cafés within close walking distance.


This carrier neutral facility offers you a range of service options, so you can choose between BT, Energis/C&W/THUS, Datahop, Abovenet and Telia, amongst others. You also benefit from connection to the Backbone Connect network and Metro Ring.

Within the centre you can access national and international MPLS, and Ethernet Access is available from 10Mb to 10Gb.


Power is available from 1kW to 6kW per rack footprint, so your specific needs can be easily catered for, and each rack receives UPS protected dual 16amp supplies. The facility has N+1 current 3 x 500 KVA in parallel with infrastructure, so more units can be added as the load requires. Dual FG Wilson generators are in operation and produce 980KVA each.


A dedicated facilities management team operate onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring the centre is running at capacity and that your equipment is safe and secure. The building also has a full electronic access control system and is manned 24/7 by vetted security staff. You are able to visit the site and attend to your equipment 24 hours a day.

Temperature and humidity levels are all kept to industry accepted standards in the technical space, and they are maintained within energy efficient parameters. FM200 gas protection is provided in all rooms and in the UPS/battery room, and the centre has a minimum N+1 resilience on its chilled water cooling system.
