What is EFM?

EFM (Ethernet in the First Mile) bridges the gap between Business Broadband and higher speed, high bandwidth services such as Ethernet Internet connections. It is delivered over multiple copper pairs to your premises, either 2 for speeds of up to 10Mbps or 4 for up to 20Mbps. Bandwidth is guaranteed and synchronous.

EFM is a genuine business grade service and benefits from guaranteed speed and service levels.

Can I get EFM?

EFM is being rolled out across the UK with exchanges being enabled almost daily. To check if you’re in an enabled area click our live chat button and ask an online operator or call us on 0844 984 1717.
