As part of our exciting investment plans in Sales and Marketing this year we are creating the Backbone Connect Sales Academy. This department will become a central pillar of lead generation within the business and will be responsible for the training of junior sales people to eventually progress into our Sales Team. All of this makes this role a critical part of our plans this year.
The Academy Manager will manage the success of this new department, with the full support of a strong and experienced sales and marketing management team. The structure, process, tools and training will be provided, as well as the opportunity to help shape the success and strategy of the department with your own input and experience.
In terms of responsibility, this role will help build and manage the department to ensure its success. It will cover complete ownership of all lead generation targets and goals, as well as the recruitment, personal development and day-to-day management of the Academy Team.
