Once we have received a call or email from you, you will be given a priority ticket ID and resolution SLA. From here we will be working on the fault and keeping you updated with all progress and changes to ensure you are kept up to date until a resolution is reached.

Client Portal Access

As a customer of Backbone Connect you benefit from direct access to our monitoring platform via the Customer Portal link. The Portal provides real time performance statistics for your service and can be accessed round the clock.
