SLA

Our Internet Access Solution is a fully managed service.  We’ll be constantly monitoring and managing your service from our demark at your office, to our core infrastructure and out to the public internet. A first class Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided with all of our Managed Internet Access offerings. These are backed by service credits, with defined performance levels for service availability and restoration time.
