Digital Marketing Manager – Job Description
We’re looking for an exceptionally skilled digital marketer to nurture the company brand and website plus grow our social networking, blogosphere presence. This is a hands-on roll encompassing all aspects of digital marketing.

Digital Marketing Manager – Responsibilities will include

  • Manage and maintain SEO of the companies website – improving search engine rankings
  • Manage the company website
  • Create engagement campaigns and viral schemes
  • Create direct marketing campaigns for broadcast
  • Liaise with the product team to develop campaigns to generate engagement and leads
  • Write and send customer focused monthly newsletters
  • Manage the existing marketing database
  • Author the company blog
  • Report key KPI’s on a monthly basis
  • Source and compile press releases
  • Creating a social media buzz and engaging in forums to raise awareness.

Digital Marketing Manager – Required skills
  • Digital marketing manager with experience either in agency or in-house environment or both
  • Experience of working with wide variety of marketing channels including search and social media
  • Extensive experience of SEO
  • Analytical, ROI driven thinking; adept in using analytics packages like Google Analytics
  • Driven, ambitious and hard working
  • Excellent communication skills

IT Telesales / Business Development Executive – Fast growing ISP
Naturally as a tenacious telesales person you will be required to increase business from new clients making sure you haven’t missed any opportunities. You will be provided with a warm database of nearly 2000 prospects known to have targetable contracts and will be given opportunities to work inbound leads generated by the marketing department. The rest of the time will be raw cold opportunity hunting, very rewarding to highly motivated individuals.

 

£18000- £22000 pa with OTE of £45,000
Location: Byfleet, Surrey


The IT Telesales / Business Development role will be to:
  • Manage and develop prospects using the company CRM system.
  • Create & Develop New business opportunities via Telesales.
  • Provide quotes and proposals to our customers.
  • Utilise & Assist company directors to close business face to face (where necessary).
  • Work specific telesales campaigns in coordination with marketing department.
  • Follow up and qualify inbound leads.
  • Meet/Exceed Sales Bookings/Revenue Goals.

Essential Skills
  • IT Telesales / Business Development.
  • Ability to seek out, qualify and bring on board new customers.
  • Ability in prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with decision-makers.
  • Ability to close opportunities via the telephone.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
  • IT understanding and in particular, network and datacentre infrastructure
  • Excellent telephony skills and proven high KPI’s

Advantageous Skills:
  • IT understanding and in particular, internet network and data centre infrastructure.
  • Understanding of contracted IT services industry and the sales opportunities within this environment.
  • Knowledge of hosting, colocation, MPLS & WAN services.
  • Knowledge of virtualisation, backup solutions, Cisco, servers’ hardware.

The OTE of £45k is easily achievable by the right client and completely uncapped. The business would love to find someone who wants and can achieve double this salary as soon as possible.

  • Manage our existing customer base to secure renewals, cross and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing for campaigns, incentives and to ensure successful lead development
  • Present to new and current clients
  • Provide quotes and proposals to our customers
  • Carry out office based telephone campaigns and business development
  • Manage and develop prospects using the company CRM system
  • Meet/Exceed Sales Bookings/Revenue Goals

 

Essential Skills

  • Account management/account growth experience.
  • Ability to seek out, qualify and bring on board new customers.
  • Ability to close business from existing & new prospects.
  • Ability to take ownership of a sales role and work individually towards the goal.
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with decision-makers.
