Rack space can be provided as 1/4 rack, 1/2 rack, full rack, cage or suite with the full rack, cage and suite available with or without the rack/s. All part or full racks are supplied as lockable units and full rack spaces are available with single or dual power feeds. On-site engineering services are available for remote hands and the installation of inter-rack cable runs.

Customer access to the rack/s is available 24/7 via a strict security identification procedure to protect the data centre and your equipment from unauthorised access.

Server Space

Where on-site access is not required by the customer Backbone Connect can offer server space in their shared co-location racks. This flexible space is offered on a 'per User' basis with managed port access to transit services. These secure shared racks are only accessible by Backbone Connect's engineers and are ideal for customers who require hosting for remotely managed servers.
